correaltor
A mechanical linkage between the cockpit throttle and the engine throttle of a helicopter. The correlator automatically rolls some throttle on and off as the collective is raised and lowered. The pilot does not feel the twist grip move, as the correlator is connected later on in the linkage. See also correlation box.
